EveryYouth
EveryYouth have been awarded a grant from the Homewards Fund. The funding will enable essential project management capacity to breathe new life into a Youth Homelessness Board. This work will review and refine existing plans, reconnect stakeholders, and set the Board on course to support the prevention of youth homelessness, harnessing the great potential of partners across the BCP area.
Partners recognise the critical need to ensure that a long-term programme of homelessness prevention activities is coordinated for young people. This additional funding will ensure that new and existing projects are collaboratively developed in an innovative and impactful way, helping Homewards BCP to deliver upon its Local Action Plan.
